VERY EVENTFUL!
I got so much done this weekend. I finally tackled the stack of daycare expenses from last year's daycare business and got "my part" done for our taxes. Jeff can take over now! I got a good start on setting up panels for the senior projects that I'm in charge of, big weight lifted there. The kids and I spent some good quality time together, and I got two layouts scrapped and a new kit in the store! Here it is, it's called "Pati-Walk Frills", which is a funny name I know, A friend of mine's little girl used to combine "sidewalk" and "patio" and go out to play on her "pati-walk". It's been several years now but that cute name has just stuck in my head.
So, included in this frills pack, which you can find in my digiscrapshak store RIGHT HERE, are three sidewalk papers, a complete textured alpha and set of doodles, all of which can be easily recolored, and two pieces of chalk (also easily recolored). You can see them in a layout down below. Hope you like them.
TWO DONE!
Here's my cute little niece and the biggest darn chip I think I've ever seen, of course we had to take a picture of it, and she was more than willing to pose, and eat the subject!

DAY OUT!
with the kids! Jeff had another ski patrol class today and the weather soared to an amazing 70 degrees! Woohoo! There's still plenty of snow on the hills, but we had to get out and enjoy the heat wave that was coming through today. First we went down to the river to search for a nesting pair of Eagles that we keep spotting from the highway. No luck! We figured out that to get close enough for a photo we'd have to either tresspass through these people's field, through their barbed wire fence, or go up to their door and ask permission. I voted for the later, but Zoe was too embarassed and begged me not to, LOL! We walked the track and took a few pictures and then we headed over to the Sports Complex park to do a few laps on the one mile trail loop. I walked, Zoe skated and Max rode his bike. We're thinking of having a "bike" birthday for Max next month and having it there so the kids can ride around. It was nice to enjoy the outdoors a bit today!
Max walking the track! He was too afraid to get RIGHT on the metal, incase a train came!
and Zoe and I sporting our new sweat suits we got yesterday! Scary, same size and everything!
