Just wanted to share a few pictures of Max on his Birthday yesterday. We had a "bike" party at a 1/2 mile track in town and Jeff set up an obstacle course for them as they went around the trail. It was a lot of fun, and a nice, warm, sunny day (April birthday parties are always a gamble to host outside). I purchased cake this year, which rarelyl happens in our house, but honestly, life has just WAY, WAY too busy to bake a cake lately, and how cute is this???? They are actually cupcakes formed into the shape of a giant "7"! We bought Max a new bike for his birthday, and he hadn't the slightest idea it was coming to him. He kept saying "So, can I ride this bike on the obstacle course?" and "Did you get ME this bike Mom?" "Is it mine?". I think it was just a little too hard for him to accept. I can't believe my little man is so grown up and riding like the big boys!
