Weekend Update

So, for those of you, especially friends and family, who have come to depend on the blog as a means of keeping up on our lives, I appologize for the lack of postings. It sure seems that with life as busy as it has been this fall, once a week is all I have managed to get to. Things could change shortly, however, because fall sports are winding down and my school work is becoming more routine. I did, however, recieve a HUGE preparation book for the West B Core Knowledge exam that I have to take for Washington State on November 3rd (wish me luck), so I have lots of studying I COULD be doing.....but until then......

WE ENJOYED A GORGEOUS WALK TODAY~~~

Our hospital, along with many other local sponsors, host this run every year. They combined it with our town's annual Harvest Festival this year and I talked Zoe into doing the 5K with me (that's a little over 3 miles). I was shocked with how many people were there to run or walk either 1 mile, 5 K or 10 K. They had a group of instructors and members from the health club lead the entire parking lot of people in a warm up to Coming to America from Neil Diamond. It was just so "home towney" and festive. We walked with friends Julia, Siobhan and Emma and took in some gorgeous autumn views. We crossed the river twice and took lots of pictures. I think we could have halved out time, but would have had to give up on some of this....

I took this one of Max after he did pumkin bowling and hit a strike which won him this pumpkin! He wasn't too thrilled about getting photos taken today!

That's all for now. Have a great rest of the weekend everyone!
