Fun with Family!

I took this one yesterday morning as my parents headed back home in their motorhome. It was a fun two days, that went by way too quickly. We had a great dinner. They brougt the turkey (a 22 pounder!!!) and we all chipped in with the cooking!

Here's Dad stuffing the turkey.....

and Mom mixing up the extra dressing (It's everyone's favorite so we had lots!)

Zoe and Jeff basting the bird

The kids and I got out the laptop (yea, when is it ever not out?...couldn't leave the laptop out of the family celebration..teehehe) and googled some great sites for napkin folding and had some fun. That is truly a new obsession now that I have the diningroom table. I am a recent addict of napkins and placemats. LOL!!!

The after dinner nap...

Mom and Baxter and a warm beverage

Me giving all three dogs (our two plus my parent's dog Baxter) their T-day treats! They all got along so well. It was the first time Baxter and Lily had met and they got along fine. Plus, Baxter gave Anya the well needed break away from the youngster that she needed.

Zoe and Grandma putting stamps into my Mom's stamp collection album

Games with Grandpa

Thanks Mom and Dad for making the long trip up to see us. With three school assignments due today and several projects last week, I knew we wouldn't make it anywhere. It was nice to still be able to spend the holiday with family that we don't get to see as often as we'd like to.

Just had to share....
Here are Angela's gorgeous girls. Oh, they grow up way, way too fast! I can barely even remeber when, and it was only 7 years ago. Your babies are precious Anglea! (credit here)

Baby's Lost her First Tooth
How sad are we???? Here you go......

Lily had some bleeding on her gums this weekend while my parents were here (on her T-day bone) so we knew the time was coming, but when she stareted chewing madly on her gums tonight and then a tooth fell out onto the floor I couln't help but stick it up in the window sill for the tooth fairy. Last I looked there was a nice little doggie treat up there in it's place.

Have a great week!!!!
