about that little metallic tulip there? Zoe made that herself this morning with that fun program we just got! She is following in her mommy's footsteps for sure, just read on and you'll agree!
Yes, My baby girl turned 11 years old today!!! Hard to believe I know! It is what we call her "Golden Birthday" which means she is turning the same age as the day of her Birthday. She was born on the 11th and she is turning 11. She has a gold themed sleepover planned for herself and just a couple good friends on Friday night, so today was a family day for her! Daddy took her out shopping a little this afternoon and to pick out a movie for tonight. She picked dinner too. She asked for Tacos and Italian Perogies with Sausage. I talked her into going with JUST the TACOS but had to throw in a shrimp cocktail appetizer and ice cream sundaes for dessert. She also got to open her gifts from us. If you've been reading for a couple months now you'll know we got her that little digital camera (a great deal, but it's got some quirks) for her first digital "starter". She was very shocked and excited. The first picture she took was of me taking a picture of her. Here's that one and one I took of her opening the package and discovering the surprise.
Birthday Photo Shoot
Here's some shots I got of my young lady outside this afternoon in her new Birthday outfit from Grandma. And look at those HUGE feet!!! It's hard to get her to smile these days. I'm not sure if she is trying to look more mature (she most certainly does!!!) or the fact that she is so self conscience about her teeth, but these photos blew me away. She is not a little girl anymore!!! What am I saying... yes, she is!!
