ANOTHER WEEK!!!

Here we go... another one...
It was another very productive Sunday around here today! The kids either had friend's over or went to a friends' house and so I was able to get so much done. I baked about 10 batches of cookies so that I can send the kids with treats to class on Halloween, and made enough to take to the Special Ed room where I'm working too. Tomorrow, I'll frost and decorate! That will be the fun part! I got all the laundry done and got the house cleaned up and ready for the big bash on Tuesday! We've invited about 20 families over to our house to start out the trick or treating of our neighborhood followed by treats and snacks at mi casa! Crazy, yes, I am, but we've been doing this for 9 years! It's kindof a tradition! Plus, it's always fun to see how many bodies you can fit into our dinky little house! I'm sure I'll take plenty of pictures. Zoe kept asking today why I was getting ready for a party that is still two days away?? Well, dear... Mommy works now, the real, out of the house kind of job...no time to do anything kind of job. We're all still getting used to it!

I did take about an hour to myself today to get a little scrappin' done. After looking at the kids' school pics yesterday I got in the mood to scrap this one.

And the Pumpkins
Jeff really seems to enjoy pumpkin carving day....so much so that the last couple years I've got to just take pictures and lend a hand where needed (can you tell, I don't really like to get my hands dirty?) Neither does Max. He's asked for plastic gloves the last several years, and he always seems to sport that "EEEEW, I really wish I didn't have to do this.." kind of face. This year he drew his own face and I carved. Jeff did two this year, and even got out the router for his teeth one. Always thinking...
