I'm Having a Summer Sale
Use the coupon code below at MY STORE at Scrapbookbytes and receive an additional 30% off already discounted digi goodies (including all my newest kits). And if you spend $10 in the Scrapbookbytes Store anytime today through the 27th, you'll recieve a free collab kit that is so fun and summery, you'll use it over and over. Keep checking back, I'll have a preview of the Picnic in the Park Collab kit as soon as I can get my hands on it.

I'm finally done with ALOHA MANZANITA, a fun, beachy kit that was inspired by a beach house we stayed in by the same name last month. I had so much fun creating for this kit that I didn't know when to stop. Included in this kit are; 10 high quality textured papers, plus 3 bonus textured photo papers, and over 30 high quality embellishments including several realistic elements (some with and without shadows), a large wooden box and frame, shells, starfish, plant life, a seagull, signs, three sand sprinklings (one in the shape of a frame), and a couple of butterflies. I hope you enjoy this collection as much as I did experiencing and creating it.
You can find ALOHA MANZANITA in my store for 15% off, however, if you use the coupon code for the sale, you can get an additional 30% off of that sale price! What a deal!
And now for the Goodie! Like I said, I couldn't stop. Here are three bonus textured photo papers that I made to go with the kit and a sampler of embellishments. You can download your Bonus/Sampler below. Enjoy!
and if you'd like another freebie while you are at it, check out my digifriend Bonnie's blog. She has made an awesome quick page out of my Walk in the Woods kit. I just love it! Check out her lovely designs while you are at her blog.
So, here are the July yard photos I promised.
Look what I've been waiting for...
It's called "Cherokee Purple" and the neighbors gave it to me from their greenhouse. I have it growing in a pot outside the back door and these juicy steaks have been cooking for several weeks now. It's getting closer! Mmmm.... I can taste the fresh tomato and curry mayo sandwich already! Yum!
This beauty was buzzing around the other day and held still long enough to get my macro on him. This thing was HUGE!
What's blooming at my house?
Hollyhocks, Purple Coneflowers, Phlox, and Yarrow, plus a Sunflower here and there. Today Max and I spent all morning out pulling up grass and weeds and discovered some dahlias hiding (I thought they were all eaten by something, slugs?), and the morning glories and nasturtiums are getting close. I've also got a couple mystery plants (zuchinni? squash? cucumbers? I'm not sure yet).
