Wow, So much has happened this week!!! Where do I even begin!

FAMILY LIFE!!!

Yes, it's been an exciting week! First off, I finally Got a JOB!!!! Yay!!! No more subbing for me! I have been subbing all these small, long term sub spots all year waiting to be hired on at our school district, and it's finally all worked out for me. The gal in district that took my "little autistic girl" job that I was so bummed about loosing ended up leaving a fabulous full time 6th grade aide position and I applied for it right off! A couple weeks and a tremendously nervewrecking interview later (not to mention a couple sleepless worry nights), I was offered the job! I'm working with several 6th graders throughout the day with all subjects, I know I'm going to love it. Zoe is thrilled to have Mommy around again too, although I'm not really going to be seeing much of her during my day! So tonight Max and Zoe are both at sleep overs and Jeff and I are going out for dinner to celebrate! My Gosh, I think it's been a very, very long time since we've done this (no kids, I don't even know what to do, I'm typing so fast, no interruptions....I could go on and on and on and on!!!!)

WE GOT OUR TREE
from the "high school seniors" like we do almost every year! Sometimes we go cut our own too, depending on if it's 6 at night when we decide to go get one or not (like it was this year!) It's gorgeous! I'll post more pictures after we decorate it tomorrow. Here's the kids helping to pick it out (in 10 degree weather) and Jeff getting it strapped up ontop the van last night! Always a fun adventure.
